My father started the company in 1971 to provide data processing, data entry
and mailing services. My three brothers and I pretty much grew up in the
business. Back then data processing was done by a mainframe computer. Our
focus was on providing high-quality work with the latest technology and the best
customer service. That is still our focus today.
In 1984 I took over the business and almost immediately started on a course of
expansion. We added sheet-fed laser printing first. Then we added continuous form
laser printers as the laser personalization side of the business grew in volume. Today,
four continuous form laser printers fill the space once occupied by one mainframe
computer. And of course today all data processing, data management, production management and inventory management are handled by PCs.
We have continually added inserters and bindery equipment to support the
increased volume and complexity of the mail that we produce.
We added the printing division in 2000, enabling us to provide full-service
print-and-mail services to our clients.
Over the years we’ve made several physical moves to meet our growth. We’ve
been in our present 70,000-square-foot standalone building since 1998. It seemed
cavernous when we first moved in. Of course, that was before the addition of sheet
and web printing presses.
Some of our growth has been the result of strategic acquisitions. We’ve brought
equipment and experienced personnel on board from these acquisitions and
integrated them into our operating structure.
I’m happy to say that many of our clients and employees have remained with
us throughout the years.
Our focus has and always will be on you – the customer.
