General Definitions:

Discounted Postage- each mailing must be CASS certified, barcoded and presorted to
qualify for at least the Mixed AADC rate:

First Class Mail: 
    a.    Mailing must contain at least 500 addressed pieces if presorted or barcode. Must be 200 pieces
            if regular first class mailing permit imprint.

Standard Class Mail - Regular and Non Profit:
    a.    Mailing must contain at least 200 pieces or  50 lbs. addressed pieces.

Letter-size Mail:
    a.    Not less than 5 inches long, 3-1/2 inches high and 0.007-inch thick.
    b.    Not more than 11-1/2 inches long or more than 6-1/8 inches high or greater than 1/4-inch thick.

Postcard Dimensions:
    Each card (each stamped card or postcard or each half of a double stamped card or postcard)  claimed at a card rate must be:
    a.    Rectangular
    b.    Not less than 3-1/2 inches high, 5 inches long and 0.007 inch thick.
    c.     Not more than 4-1/4 inches high or more than 6 inches long or greater than 0.016 inch thick.

Flat Size Mail:
    a.     More than 11-1/2 inches long or more than 6-1/8 inches high or more than 1/4 inch thick.
    b.     Not more than 15 inches long or more than 12 inches high or greater than 3/4 inch thick.
    c.     Unwrapped, sleeved, wrapped or enveloped.
